		<description>We purchase a DL 360 G6 - got an error isolinux: disk error, with all CD options we tried.  Tried Changing RAID options, nothing worked, someone suggested booting off a USB Stick.

These instructions were the best, although step 2 and 3 merged, we found the WMWare-VMVisor file in IMAGE.TGZ - no need to look in INSTALL.TGZ</description>
